Tickets ordered through PayPal will be mailed out on September 10th ($0.78 added for postage).
In the unlikely event that extenuating circumstances result in the cancellation of the hamfest, monies will be reimbursed to those who purchase tickets in advance.

Prizes
- Door prizes will be drawn throughout the day.
- Major prizes drawn at the end of the day.
- Be sure to fill out your ticket stub, and place it in the drawing barrel at the ARAST club table. The earlier you get the ticket in the barrel, the more prizes you have a chance to win.

10:00 AM on the grounds. Walk-ins welcome.

Camping
There is a $38.00 camping fee for persons staying on the fairgrounds property between the hours of 12 midnight Friday night and 6 a.m. Saturday morning. This is a Chemung County mandated fee that we must collect.
There is no fee for RVs and trailers that come in Saturday morning and leave Saturday afternoon.
Directions
General Admission:
Take exit 53 off of I-86 (Horseheads Exit), and turn south at Grand Central Avenue. Continue on to the Fairgrounds, which will be approx 1/2 mile on your left.
Flea Market/Vendors:
Bypass the main entrance on Grand Central Avenue and take a left turn after the Byrne Dairy gas station. Enter via the Flea Market gate on Fairview Avenue.
